Depot Repair

Bring your computer or printer to our location and our team of In Shop technicians will use our tools and utilities to resolve your problems whether they are software or mechanically related.

Expedited Depot Repair

$50 Flat Fee + $65 per Hour
|
An expedited depot repair is the same as depot repair, except your computer is pushed to the top of the waiting list and looked at immediately. Even if we're booked. If there is more than one Expedited Depot in line, they will be completed either at the same time or in the order that we received them, depending on the work load.

On - Site Repair

Call and schedule an appointment for our On Site technicians to come to your location and resolve your computer problems.

Emergency On-Site Repair

$150 per Hour

If your business is having an outright computer emergency, we are available. Even if we are booked on-site in other places for the next week, we will push ahead our schedule and provide support ASAP. We must be contacted initially during business hours (M-F 8am-6pm, Sat 10am-5pm ), but will work into the night to get your business back online.

This proactive service plan covers individual equipment and the software loaded on the equipment. The plan covers parts and labor for the equipment and support needs for the software. New software purchases and upgrades are not included in this service plan.
Specific times are scheduled during the month to perform maintenance service for your computer and to handle problems you are experiencing. This service allows us to examine your equipment before problems occur. The goal is to keep your equipment clean and running at optimal performance. We also keep your equipment up-to-date with the latest drivers and software service patches.

PrePay Service
|
Flat Fee based on $80 per hour
|
This is reactive service. When you call for service we dispatch a technician to your site to solve your problem. Pre-pay service applies the amount paid as a credit to your account. All labor and purchases are then charged against the credit until the balance reaches zero. The credit balance is carried over month to month, never expires and can be refunded. When the balance reaches zero, a pre-pay renewal notice and a statement along with the back-up invoices are mailed. A grace period of 10 days is allowed for the pre-payment.
An example PrePay service account would buy 40 hours of service for $3200, saving $800 because of the reduced rate, and then renew hours when the account credit is up.

If you would like us to come set up your new computer purchased from KCS on its arrival, we can. We can install software and additional hardware for you and make sure it works at your location.
