We have started using a flat rate for all repairs done in our shop. Through flat rates, you are able to save money and not have to worry about how much your total bill is going to be. You will know up front how much your computer is going to cost to get fixed when we pre-qualify you at the time of your computer drop-off. If the price changes for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.


*Equipment Pickup and Drop-off $25.00 Flat Fee*  

In-Shop Service:

    • Software Flat-rate = $249.00 + Parts
    • Hardware Flat-rate = $159.00 + Parts
    • Data Backup with Virus Scan = $179.00 + Parts

Operating System Reload:

    • Basic Reload = $219.00 (No data is saved, everything is erased and set to factory defaults)
    • Medium Reload = $299.00 (Data is saved to a folder on your desktop, all programs are erased and the operating system is set to factory defaults)
    • Advanced Reload = $399.00 (Data is restored to is original locations, email is setup, as many programs as possible are re-installed, and the operating system is set to factory defaults)
Data Recovery:

    • Data Check = $130.00 *Non-refundable* (Determines what can be recovered)
    • Recovery Rate = $65.00 per hour + Data Check Fee (Average cost is normally between $300.00 and $850.00)
    • Clean Room Recovery = $250.00 + Clean room services (Clean room work is sent out and can cost between $850.00 and $3000.00 to recover data)
Expedite Service:

    • In-Shop Flat Fee = $50.00 (This will put your job next in line to be worked on, work is not guaranteed same day)
On-site Service:

    • On-Site Fee = $100.00 per hour (1 hour minimum + 15 minute increments after the first hour)
    • Emergency On-site Fee = $150.00 per hour (1 hour minimum + 15 minute increments after the first hour)

If your business is having an outright computer emergency, we are available. Even if we are booked on-site in other places for the next week, we will push ahead our schedule and provide support as soon as possible. We must be contacted initially during business hours (M-F 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm ), but will work into the night to get your business back on-line.

 
Service Level Agreements based on $70.00 per hour  

Specific times are scheduled during the month to perform maintenance service for your computer and to handle problems you are experiencing. This service allows us to examine your equipment before problems occur. The goal is to keep your equipment clean and running at optimal performance. We also keep your equipment up-to-date with the latest drivers and software service patches. You will receive a bill at the beginning of each month of your contract. A grace period of 10 days is allowed for the prepayment, after which the next month will be charged at $100.00 per hour)

Prepaid Service Flat Fee based on $80.00 per hour (1 hour minimum per job) 

This is reactive service. When you call for service we dispatch a technician to your site to solve your problem. Prepay service applies the amount paid as a credit to your account. All labor and purchases are then charged against the credit until the balance reaches zero. The credit balance is carried over month to month, never expires and can be refunded. When the balance reaches zero, a prepay renewal notice and a statement along with the back-up invoices are mailed. A grace period of 10 days is allowed for the prepayment, after which the next month will be charged at $100.00 per hour)
