We sell mostly computer hardware. We do sell software, but unfortunately our stock is limited. We usually carry Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Symantec Norton Antivirus, and other technical utilities as demanded. We can custom order for you any software which isn't readily available on our shelves. |

We prefer and sell HP workstations and business grade desktops/notebooks. We have found over the years that HP support is personable and somewhat more effecient than the likes of Dell or Gateway. We prefer HP business grade products because we have observed that they are manufactured well, perform well, and don't come pre-installed with junk software that end-users don't use. Yes, we do service Macs. Two of our technicians have experience servicing Macs and would be eager to work on yours. We cannot, however, provide warranty service because Kappler Computers is not an authorized service center at this time. |

Yes. Not all of the computers we receive for donation are usable, but we distribute usable technology to non-profit organizations within Juneau, Alaska. |
